ArchivalResource

Visitation of Warwickshire [manuscript], 1619.

Leaves 1-22 consists of 22 coats of arms of non-Warwickshire families, whose names begin H-K; apparently a fragment of a collection. Contains the same visitation records as V.b.52, but being incomplete, it does not have all the families; the manuscript may be a draft, as it is in a rough hand compared with the engrossing hand of V.b.52. This 1619 visitation was made by Sampson Lennard and Augustine Vincent as deputies for William Camden, Clarenceux King of Arms. It has been printed by the Harleian Society.

1 v. : coats of arms.
